Pink Salt, Oat + Rose Soothing Bath Soak

A homemade favourite  – we use this all the time when bathing our children, as the combination of relaxing salts, skin-soothing oats, rose and calendula, bring welcome calm at the end of the day.

Essential oil free.

Add a big scoop to the centre of a clean cloth or muslin. Tie up well and then add to running bathwater, squeezing the bag to release as much of the oat milk goodness into the bathwater as you can.

You can also add the soak direct to the bathwater, but will need to avoid the mixture clogging the plughole.
